The trees in London looked very fine for the National Tree Week just passed. A single tall tree can create scale in a townscape and is a way to also bring nature into cities.
From Kensington High Street underground and shopping centre it is a short walk to the Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park – where you could truly believe you are in a country park on a rural English estate. How important our parks are!
